Return , Exchange & Cancellation Policy

Return & Exchange Window

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery. Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact. Requests after 7 days will not be accepted.

One-Time Free Return / Exchange Per Order

Customers are eligible for one free return or exchange per order. Exchanged items are not eligible for a second return or exchange. Customers should verify product selection carefully.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photo or video proof. Claims after this period may not be accepted.

Return Pickup & Self-Shipping Policy

If return pickup is not available at your PIN code, customers must self-ship the product. We will reimburse shipping charges up to ₹100 only, subject to valid courier receipt and quality approval.

Combo Orders & Discount Adjustments

If returning an item from a combo or multi-product order, refunds will be recalculated based on individual item pricing. Discounts will be adjusted based on remaining items.

Exchange for Other Products

Exchanges are allowed for products of equal or lower value. If the exchanged item costs less, the difference will be refunded via UPI or bank transfer.

Prepaid Discount & Offer Adjustments

Any prepaid discounts, payment offers, or coupon benefits may not carry forward in exchange or refund recalculations.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment. Once packed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Refund Processing Timelines

Cancelled orders are refunded within 3–7 business days. Returned orders undergo pickup, quality check, and refund initiation within 5–7 business days after approval.

Customer Responsibilities

Ensure the correct product is handed over during return pickup and retain courier receipts. HUWANT Lifestyle is not responsible for incorrect items handed over.

Fair Usage & Abuse Prevention

HUWANT Lifestyle reserves the right to reject excessive or suspicious return or exchange requests and modify this policy at any time.
