Order & Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24–72 business hours after confirmation. This includes verification, quality checks, packaging, and handover to Shiprocket. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next working day.

Shipping Partner

All orders are shipped through our official logistics partner Shiprocket and its courier network to ensure secure and trackable delivery across India.

Estimated Delivery Time

Metro Cities: 2–4 business days.
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–6 business days.
Remote/Rural Areas: 5–8 business days.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen events.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout. Free shipping offers may apply during promotions or based on order value.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, customers receive a tracking link via Email or SMS. Shipments can be tracked using Shiprocket’s tracking system.

Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

Courier partners will make up to 2–3 delivery attempts. Failed deliveries due to incorrect address, refusal, or unavailability may be returned to origin. Re-shipping charges, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.

Address Accuracy Responsibility

Customers must ensure shipping address and contact details are accurate. HUWANT Lifestyle is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect customer information.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD availability depends on location and Shiprocket serviceability. Customers may need to pay an advance amount at checkout. Repeated COD refusals may lead to future COD restrictions.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

Delayed shipments will be reviewed if timelines exceed estimates. Lost shipments will be investigated with Shiprocket. Damaged deliveries must be reported within 24 hours with photo or video proof.

Partial Shipments

Orders with multiple products may be shipped separately. Customers will receive separate tracking updates if applicable.

Non-Serviceable Locations

If Shiprocket does not service a PIN code, the order may be cancelled and refunded, and the customer will be notified.

International Shipping

Currently, HUWANT Lifestyle ships only within India. International shipping is not available.

Force Majeure

HUWANT Lifestyle is not liable for shipping delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.
